Member Energy and Petroleum Tribunal (Non-advocate)

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:: Pursuant to Section 26 (1) (b) and (3) of the Energy Act, 2019, a person to be appointed as a Member of Energy and Petroleum Tribunal must possess the following qualifications. Hold a bachelor's degree in any of the following field: petroleum and energy or any other relevant field from a university recognized in Kenya Have knowledge and experience in law, petroleum, and energy Must not be in the employment of the Government, Agency, or the Authority Must be a citizen of Kenya; Be a member of the relevant professional association in good standing
