About the Role Seeking an experience finance Professional with 8+years of experience to lead reconciliation and payments transformation, improve operational controls, and partner across global teams to build scalable, technology-enabled finance operations Responsibilities Champion Automation & Innovation: Own the strategy and execution for bank reconciliation automation. You'll partner with tech, treasury, and regional teams to integrate cutting-edge tools directly into our ERP, turning manual tasks into streamlined, automated processes. Fortify Payment Controls: Design and standardize robust pre- and post-payment vendor reconciliation systems. You'll investigate complex transactions to actively eliminate duplicate payments, resolve aged balances, and ensure absolute compliance. Manage Risk & Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively identify operational bottlenecks, design corrective action plans, and keep our teams completely audit-ready. You will be the gatekeeper of our financial policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
