Minimum Requirements.
For appointment to this position/grade a candidate must have: -
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing from a recognized and accredited university;
Master's degree in Nursing from a recognized and accredited university;
At least three (3) years of university teaching and research experience at the level of Tutorial Fellow/Assistant Lecturer or equivalent;
Must have a minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers;
A valid Practicing License issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya;
Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications;
Demonstrated commitment to teaching, research, innovation, mentorship and community engagement.
