Role Profile Primary Reporting: Senior Engineer - MSAN & Field Reporting Secondary Reporting: Head - Enterprise Technical Support Department: Technology Leadership Level: Individual Contributor Job summary/ Job purpose/ Role Intent: The Sectional IP Network Engineer - Field will be responsible for achieving MSAN network availability and customer uptime KPI's through on-site power related maintenance for assigned MSAN nodes, ensuring the quality and continuity of the services as per the company KPIs, within the budgeted costs. He/ She will also be required to carry out Feasibility & Implementation, billing related disconnection and reconnection of ISDN & PSTN circuits at the MSAN level.
