Role Summary
To provide strategic leadership and oversight of all nursing services to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting Plainsview Hospital's strategic objectives of workforce excellence, patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
MBA in Healthcare Management, strategic management, or any Leadership (Mandatory).
Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
Minimum 7 years nursing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of MOH regulations, Safe Care standards, and clinical governance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Experience handling ICU, Maternity, and Theatre.
