Fulfilment Clerk (Warehouse Management System)

Job Purpose The Fulfilment Clerk is responsible for coordinating all outbound order fulfilment activities within the HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) from order release to loading preparation. The role ensures customer orders are accurately grouped into vehicle loads, released for picking, monitored throughout the picking process, and prepared for dispatch through proper staging identification and dock allocation. The Fulfilment Clerk acts as the operational control point linking Warehouse Operations, Transport, Dispatch, Inventory, Security and Customer Service to ensure every shipment is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities Order Management Monitor and prioritize customer orders in HighJump WMS;validate order readiness and release orders for fulfilment. Load Planning Create Load IDs, pool multiple orders into vehicle loads, and optimize loads based on route, capacity, and delivery schedule. RF Picking Coordination Release orders to RF guns, monitor picking completion, and resolve picking exceptions (short picks, damages, inventory discrepancies). Picker Allocation Assign pickers through WMS based on order size, warehouse zones, and workload; monitor picking progress and rebalance tasks as required.
