Job Responsibilities
Monitoring system performance, responding to alarms, and ensuring the reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, water, and other base utility systems.
Performs routine system checks, documents system status, and escalates abnormal conditions to appropriate maintenance or engineering personnel.
Supports troubleshooting efforts by identifying system irregularities, assisting with basic diagnostics, and verifying corrective actions under established procedures.
Maintaining accurate watch logs, updating system documentation, supporting preventive maintenance activities, and assisting with system testing and calibration as directed.
Works rotating shifts as required to support 24/7 operations and contributes to safe, efficient, and missionâÃÂÃÂcritical infrastructure support in a remote environment.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.
Required Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of experience in utility monitoring, building automation systems, DDC controls, or related technical field
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, utility infrastructure, or building automation controls
Ability to read system displays, alarms, and basic technical documentation
Proficiency with computerâÃÂÃÂbased monitoring systems and data entry
Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract req
