About the Role We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused, and safety-conscious Delivery Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accountability for company assets and customer payments. This role operates within a 24-hour, 7-day operational environment. The successful candidate must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Key Responsibilities Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and within the required timelines. Verify orders before dispatch to ensure the correct products, quantities, and documentation are issued. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries. Verify customer identity and age where required before handing over alcoholic beverages. Collect cash, mobile money, card, or other approved customer payments and accurately account for all collections. Conduct daily inspections of the assigned motorcycle and report any faults, damage, or maintenance requirements. Safeguard company motorcycles, delivery equipment, uniforms, and other assigned assets. Comply with all road traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety requirements.
